Advanced One Step FAST CoVi19 KIT TWO GENES SET

Advanced One Step FAST Covi19 KIT Two Gene Set is designed for in vitro identification of the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in a single reaction for each of molecular targets. The presence of innovative hot-start Taq polymerase, reverse Mu-MLV transcriptase, specific starters and probes in the set has allowed for creation of a sensitive and highly specific test for quick identification of this pathogen. Starters and probes are designed on the basis of the recommended by WHO protein E encoding gene and RdRp gene encoding RNA polymerase RNA-dependent and 100% homologous with the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome sequence deposited in the NCBI database. The E gene is used for screening testing and allows for detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, and closely related coronaviruses and the target region RdRp allows for specific detection of SARS-CoV-2.

In addition, the kit contains reagents for RNA isolation from clinical samples - nasopharyngeal swabs, oropharyngeal swabs and sputum swabs are recommended for isolation.

Limit of Detection (LOD)
