The MicroSEQ™ Full Gene 16S rDNA Sequencing Kit is the sequencing component of the MicroSEQ™ 16S rDNA Full Gene Identification System, which provides an easy-to-use DNA sequence-based method to identify most bacteria. Use this kit to sequence PCR products that have been generated using the MicroSEQ™ Full Gene 16S rDNA PCR Kit. The two kits together permit the quick and convenient amplification and sequencing of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene. This kit includes a Protocol and a Quick Reference Card. The sequencing kit does not include a protocol or a Quick Reference Card.

• Each kit contains three tubes each of forward and reverse sequencing mix. Sufficient reagent is supplied to perform 15 forward and 15 reverse sequencing reactions of the 16s rRNA gene. Store at -15 to -25°C.
