The MycoSEQ Mycoplasma gDNA Kit provides quantitative Mycoplasma genomic DNA (gDNA) for use with the MycoSEQ Mycoplasma Detection assay. The high-quality gDNA may be used during qualification and validation studies to establish limits of detection and specificity. Kit 1 (Cat. No. A49973) provides gDNA from the six species referenced in the European Pharmacopeia chapter on Mycoplasma EP <2.6.7>: Acholeplasma laidlawii, Mycoplasma fermentans, Mycoplasma hyorhinis, Mycoplasma orale, Mycoplasma arginine, and Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Kit 2 (this kit) includes Mycoplasma gallisepticum, Mycoplasma synoviae, Mycoplasma salivarium and Mycoplasma hominis
