The Applied Biosystems PrepSEQ Nucleic Acid Sample Preparation Kit is optimized for highly efficient, quantitative, and consistent recovery of DNA and RNA from diverse samples types, including cell culture, raw material (e.g., serum), and in-process downstream purification samples such as column purification or bulk drug substance (BDS) samples.
The PrepSEQ Nucleic Acid Sample Preparation Kit provides a high-throughput automated solution in combination with the Thermo Scientific KingFisher Flex instrument for low hands-on extraction of DNA and RNA.
For accurate quantitation of DNA and RNA, extraction consistency must be unaffected by complex matrices. Our advanced magnetic bead-based technology provides highly consistent extraction performance to support reliable quantitation.
