Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assay Kit (hCSTB)

Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assays enable fast, easy identification, and relative protein quantification of pluripotency protein markers from limited quantities of cultured hESCs. The TaqMan™ Protein Expression Assay Kit (Human CSTB) contains the assay probes and a dilution buffer for the labelling of human cystatin-B protein (hCSTB) in cell lysates prepared using the Protein Expression Sample Preparation Kit. The assay probes consist of two oligonucleotides conjugated to antibodies that bind to separate epitopes of the hCSTB protein.

• Contains Assay Probe A, Assay Probe B, and Assay Probe Dilution Buffer. The assay probes (Assay Probe A and Assay Probe B) are supplied at a 20x concentration. The Assay Probe Dilution Buffer is supplied at a 1x concentration. Store at -15 to -25°C.
