Corning® Collagen IV, mouse, 10mg (10 X 1 mg), is used as a thin coating on tissue-culture surfaces to promote cell attachment and proliferation and to study its effects on cell behavior.

Quality:

• Electrophoretically homogeneous (SDS-PAGE)
• Found negative for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma

Preparation and Storage, Stable for at least three months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaws.

Handling, Recommended concentration - 1-5 µg/cm² of growth surface depending on cell type.

Formulation, Frozen in 0.05 M Hydrochloric Acid (HCL).
