Corning® 100 mL Cellstripper™, Liquid

Cellstripper Solution is a non-enzymatic cell dissociation solution formulated with a proprietary mixture of chelators that gently dislodge adherent cells in tissue culture. It is an alternative to trypsin or Accutase® cell detachment solution when used with either serumfree or serum-supplemented media. Because Cellstripper Solution is a gentler reagent than trypsin, cells can be exposed to Cellstripper Solution for longer periods of time. Cellstripper Solution achieves superior results in comparison to enzymatic dissociation products.
