These collagens have been used to culture a variety of cell types to promote adhesion, growth, and/or differentiation.

Quality:

• Electrophoretically homogeneous (SDS-PAGE)
• Tested and found negative for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma

Formulation, 1 M Sodium Chloride, 1.25 mM Tris, pH 8.0.

Preparation and Storage, Stable for at least three months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaws.

Handling, Recommended concentration - 1-5 µg/cm² of growth surface depending on cell type
