Gibco EfficientFeed C+ 2X Supplement is a single-part liquid supplement for fed batch addition to the culture of multiple cell lines to assist with process development and maximization of bioreactor utilization. This product is designed to work with CHO cell lines expressing endogenous glutamine synthetase (GS) as a single feed without the need for additional GS supplements. Compared to the original CD EfficientFeed C AGT nutrient supplement, EfficientFeed C+ 2X Supplement has components that are super-concentrated from 81.2 g/L (1X AGT) to 162.4 g/L (2X), helping reduce product dilution or increase titers with additional feeding.
