Invitrogen™ APEX™ Antibody Labeling Kits, Alexa Fluor™ 647
On demandInvitrogen™ APEX™ Antibody Labeling Kits, Alexa Fluor™ 647
Invitrogen APEX Antibody Labeling kits enable you to covalently label small quantities of IgG antibody (10–20 µg) with Alexa Fluor dyes or biotin, even in the presence of contaminants, stabilizing proteins, or amine-containing buffer (e.g., BSA, Tris, or glycine). APEX Antibody Labeling kits feature a resin tip that captures the IgG antibody, enabling the removal of contaminants prior to the labeling reaction with the conjugate of choice. After the application of the amine-reactive fluorophore to the IgG antibody bound on the resin, a fluorescent IgG conjugate is formed and subsequently eluted from the resin using elution buffer. Each kit contains everything needed for five labeling reactions. Working IgG antibody conjugate can be achieved in about 2.5 hours (with approximately 15 minutes of hands-on time).
