Invitrogen CD11c Monoclonal Antibody (N418), NovaFluor Blue 660-40S, 25 µg, eBioscience™
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c, the integrin alphaX. CD11c non-covalently associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer. CD11c is expressed by dendritic cells, a subset of Intestinal Intraepithelial Lymphocytes (IEL) and some activated T cells. CD11c/CD18 binds to CD54, iC3b and fibrinogen and plays a role in leukocyte adhesive interactions. N418 binds to CD11c on splenic dendritic cells in the T-dependent areas of mouse spleen and precipitates a 150, 90 kDa heterodimer.
- Each NovaFluor conjugate or kit is shipped with CellBlox Blocking Buffer. Use this buffer whenever staining with NovaFluor conjugates, including single color compensation controls using cells. Use 5 µL of CellBlox Blocking Buffer per stained cell sample containing 10^3 to 10^8 cells.
- Excitation: 509 nm; Emission: 665 nm; Laser: 488 nm (Blue) Laser.
