The Invitrogen CellMask Actin Tracking Stain Variety Pack contains one vial each of CellMask Green Actin Tracking Stain, CellMask Orange Actin Tracking Stain, and CellMask Deep Red Actin Tracking Stain that fluorescently label polymerized/filamentous actin (F-actin) in live or fixed cells. These stains are designed to readily permeate live cells, thus providing more uniform and bright labeling. CellMask actin tracking stains can be used to track F-actin in live cells for 24 hours or more. Live cells stained with CellMask actin tracking stains can be fixed, or they can be used with fixed cells. And the stains can be used for multiplexing with antibodies in immunofluorecence (IF), immunocytochemistry (ICC), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) protocols
