Invitrogen™ eBioscience™ Fixation/Permeabilization Concentrate
The Fixation/Permeabilization Concentrate is intended to be used with antibodies to transcription factors and nuclear proteins, such as Foxp3 and Ki-67, as well as cytokines and chemokines. This must be used in combination with the Fixation/Permeabilization Diluent and the Permeabilization Buffer (10X). Alternatively, all buffers required for staining with these antibodies can be purchased as a set in the Foxp3 Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Set.
