FluoCells prepared microscope slides contain multilabeled cell preparations for observation by fluorescence microscopy. Texas Red-X phalloidin is labeling the F-actin, anti—bovine α-tubulin mouse monoclonal 236-10501 in conjunction with BODIPY FL goat anti—mouse IgG antibody is labeling microtubules, and DAPI is labeling the nucleus.
