Invitrogen™ PVDF/Filter Paper Sandwich, 0.45 µm, 8.5 x 13.5 cm
Invitrolon PVDF/Filter Paper Sandwiches, 0.45 µm, have excellent binding properties for western blotting, dot-blot assays, and protein sequencing. The 0.45-µm pore size makes these membranes ideal for protein transfer for proteins >10 kDa. The included extra-thick absorbent blotting paper (2.5 mm) accommodates blotting set-up using semi-dry transfer apparatuses.
