The reagents in the Qtracker™ 585 Cell Labeling Kit use a custom targeting peptide to deliver yellow-fluorescent Qdot™ 585 nanocrystals into the cytoplasm of live cells. Qtracker™ Cell Labeling Kits are designed for loading cells grown in culture with highly fluorescent Qdot™ nanocrystals. Once inside the cells, Qtracker™ labels provide intense, stable fluorescence that can be traced through several generations, and are not transferred to adjacent cells in a population
