Invitrogen™ Quant-iT™ RNA Quantitation
The Quant-iT™ RNA Assay Kit makes RNA quantitation easy and accurate. The kit provides concentrated assay reagent, dilution buffer, and pre-diluted RNA standards. The assay is highly selective for RNA over double-stranded DNA, and in the range of 5-100 ng of RNA, the fluorescence signal is linear.
