The Human TGF beta 1 Simplex ProcartaPlex Kit measures TGF beta 1 protein and utilizes Luminex xMAP technology for protein detection/quantitation. A ProcartaPlex Human Basic Kit (Cat. No. EPX010-10420-901) is required for use of the TGF-B1 Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit. TGF-B1 measurement requires sample activation. It is not recommended to combine the TGF-B1 Human ProcartaPlex Simplex Kit with other ProcartaPlex Simplex kits.
