Invitrogen™ Wheat Germ Agglutinin, Tetramethylrhodamine Conjugate
Wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) is one of the most widely used lectins in cell biology. Our tetramethylrhodamine conjugate of WGA exhibits the bright, orange fluorescence of the tetramethylrhodamine dye (excitation/emission maxima ∼555/580 nm). Tetramethylrhodamine WGA binds to sialic acid and N-acetylglucosaminyl residues.
