The ChargeSwitch® gDNA Plant Kit uses magnetic bead-based technology to allow rapid and efficient isolation of genomic DNA from fungal and plant samples, including leaves, tissues and seeds, in less than 15 minutes after lysate preparation.
For processing up to 24 individual samples at a time the MagnaRack™ (CS15000) two-piece magnetic separation tube rack is required. This rack consists of a magnetic base station and a removable tube rack, which can hold up to 24 microcentrifuge tubes and can be used with most ChargeSwitch® products.
