The Invitrogen Collibri PCR-Free PS DNA Library Prep Kit prepares libraries for whole genome sequencing (WGS) on high-throughput Illumina next-generation sequencing (NGS) systems. The kit is suitable for physically sheared (PS) genomes of all sizes and variable quality, including FFPE samples.

The Collibri PCR-Free PS DNA Library Prep Kit offers higher confidence SNP and INDEL calls resulting from stronger coverage of challenging genomic regions from inputs as low as 500 ng of physically sheared double-stranded DNA.

For use with equipment: HiSeq X, HiSeq2500, HiSeq3000, HiSeq4000, MiSeq or iSeq, NextSeq 550, NovaSeq 6000.
