Invitrogen™ S.N.A.P.™ Gel Purification Kit

The S.N.A.P.™ Gel Purification Kit is designed for rapid purification of DNA fragments from agarose gels. The key is the unique S.N.A.P.™ resin, which is provided ready to use in a spin-column format.
The resin efficiently binds nucleic acids up to 20 kb and eliminates organic extractions, and the need to perform time-consuming ethanol precipitations.
Easy to Use
The S.N.A.P.™ Gel Purification Kit yields pure DNA in an easy-to-perform,
rapid procedure. Simply:
1. Excise DNA band from your agarose gel.
2. Add NaI solution (provided) and melt the agarose at 42-50°C.
3. Load sample onto the S.N.A.P.™ spin column.
4. Wash away contaminants.
5. Elute DNA in water.
