The Ion AmpliSeq™ Library Kit 2.0 is designed for rapid preparation of amplicon libraries using Ion AmpliSeq™ panels. The Ion AmpliSeq 2.0 technology enables scalable multiplex PCR reactions from 12- to 24,000-plex in a single well using just 10 ng of starting DNA. Ion AmpliSeq panels and primer pools allow highly multiplexed PCR amplification of thousands of genomic target regions, with superior coverage uniformity and specificity, without the need of a specialized microfluidics PCR platform.
