MGIEasy Dual Barcode Circularization Kit is a module library prep kit designed for MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. This kit can be used to prepare a single-stranded circular DNA library for MGI sequencers from PCR products with MGI Duplex UMI adapters/UDB adapters or “MGI-Dual barcode standard PCR Product” (refer to ).
