High-throughput sequencing plays an more important role in cancer screening and drug selection, which higherly depends on low-frequency-variant-detection. Duplex-UMI (unique-molecule-identifier) gets advantage in sensitive and precise sequencing becomes an indispensable tool. 

MGIEasy Exome Universal Library Prep Set can be used to prepare library with 10-1000ng segmented input. Duplex barcode is used for calibration, which can effectively reduce the label hopping and contamination between samples. The UMI was used to mark the original molecules, and its correction effect was used to reduce PCR and sequencing errors. This kit adopts high quality enzymatic composition, improved adaptor ligation and high-fidelity enzyme significantly improves the library conversion rate and amplification efficiency. Both FFPE and low input cfDNA are compatiable.
