DNA methylation is an important epigenetic mechanism that cells used to control the temporal and spatial expression of genes. MGIEasy Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequencing Library Prep Kit provides an efficient and accurate method for genome-wide methylation library construction and sequencing. It can analyze the DNA methylation status at single base level, and thus enable the construction of a fine genome-wide methylation map. The kit prepares libraries compatible with MGI sequencing platforms from 10-100ng fragmented DNA.
