Features

• Upright microscope frame for transmitted and reflected light observations. Integrated ransmitted LED illumination, low-positioned quintuple nosepiece, mechanical stage (211 x 154 mm, travelling range 76 x 52 mm) with right handle, low drive control, stage lock pin and specimen holder for one slide. Built-in universal abbe condenser with NA 1.25, aperture stop, 7 position turret: BF(4X - 100X), 2X, DF, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3, FL with shutter. Coaxial coarse and fine focus, complete stroke 15 mm, fine stroke 300 µm/rotation, graduation 2.5 μm. Torque adjustment for coarse focus knob and focus limit stopper. Power cable (035425 UYCP) is required. Including wide range power supply (AC 100 – 240 V 50 / 60 Hz 0.4A), Allen wrench and manual.
• "Binocular tube with leadfree optics, 30° inclination and pupillary distance adjustment from 48-75 mm. Adjustable diopter range (± 5 diopter) on left sleeve. To be used WHB10x, WHB10x-H eye-pieces and field-number 20."
• Widefield eyepiece for U-CBI30-2 and U-CTR30, field-number 20.
• Centering telescope for phase contrast, diameter 23.5mm.
• Double specimen holder for CX43RF and CX33RTFS2 microscope frames. Accepting 2 pieces of glass slides with 76×26 mm (0.9 to 1.4 mm in thickness) or 1 piece of hemocytometer with 76×30 mm.
• Specimen holder plate for CX43RF/LF and CX33RTFS2/LTFS2 microscope frames. The specimen can be freely operated by hand for fast overviews, precise positioning by stage handle. Including 3 specimen plates.

Objectives

• Plan Achromat C objective with 10x magnification. With working distance of 10.5 mm and numerical aperture of 0.25. Suitable for any cover slip thickness. For phase-contrast observations (PH1).
• Plan Achromat C objective with 20x magnification. With working distance of 1.2 mm, numerical aperture of 0.4 and cover correction 0.17 mm. For phase-contrast observations (PH1).
• Plan Achromat C objective with 40x magnification. With working distance of 0.6 mm, numerical aperture of 0.65 and cover correction 0.17 mm. For phase-contrast observations (PH2).
• Plan Achromat C oil immersion objective with 100x magnification. With working distance of 0.15 mm and numerical aperture of 1.25. Suitable for any cover slip thickness. For phase-contrast observations (PH3).
