NFAT-bla CHO-K1 cells (# K1534) contain a beta-lactamase reporter gene under control of an NFAT response element stably integrated into CHO-K1 cells. The Gα15-NFAT-bla CHO-K1 parental cell line is designed for the construction of Gi/o coupled GPCR cell based assays
