Thermo Scientific™ GFP-C-Jun (1-179)

A truncated version (residues 1-179) of c-Jun has been expressed as a fusion with GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) to act as a substrate for the JNK family of kinases. For use in combination with the LanthaScreen™ Tb-anti-c-Jun [pSer73] antibody (PV4453) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
