The Applied Biosystems 9800 is a FAST Thermal Cycler used for quick PCR reactions. The ABI 9800 cuts PCR reactions from 2 hours down to under 25 minutes with a few clicks of buttons. This FAST PCR is extremely reliable and produces reproducible results for heating and cooling.   The 96 well FAST block delivers accurate temperature results in mere minutes.  The ABI 9800 Thermal Cycler comes with built in temperature sensors which make on the fly adjustments to control uniform temperature. The Applied Biosystems 9800 base comes with built-in protocols along with the ability to create new ones and store them into the systems memory bank. 

The ABI 9800 can be used with Life Tech’s patented FAST PCR Master Mix to produce higher quality PCR amplifications allowing for increased speed DNA Sequencing.  This FAST Thermal Cycler includes a built-in system diagnostics to allow the end user to check the integrity of the system at any given time.  Frequently 500 bp fragments can be amplified from a DNA genome within 25 minutes and still deliver the same reliable, reproducible results as a traditional PCR system.  Contact us today to learn more about our ABI 9800 FAST Thermal Cycler.
