Each starter kit contains 2 arrays, plus sufficient reagents and accessories to perform two experiments. The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex OpenArray™ Vaginal Microbiota Starter Kit contains two training plates and a synthetic amplification control to serve as a sample for your experiments. This starter kit serves as a training tool for researchers new to this application.

The accessories provided in the kit include: 6 lids and plugs, 6 immersion fluid syringes, 2 carriers, 1 box of Accufill™ System tips, and 384-well plates.
