GeneChip™ WT Pico Kit is the most flexible and sensitive target preparation method for accurate and precise analysis of the transcriptome on whole-transcriptome (WT) arrays from as few as 10 cells.

Traditional whole-transcriptome expression analysis depends on samples derived from a relatively large number of cells. However, the gene expression measurements from these large cell populations represent an average that can often mask key differences between subpopulations. To better understand the biological significance of these differences in gene expression, researchers are increasingly focusing on smaller, characterized subsets of cells. WT Pico Kit, designed specifically to process small amounts of input RNA from different sample types, expands the power of Applied Biosystems WT array technology to enable researchers to perform whole-transcriptome analysis from just a few cells.
