Main indication:
Mantle cell lymphoma.
Test usage:
Mantle cell lymphoma can be difficult to distinguish morphologically from other B-cell malignant lymphomas. The t(11;14) (q13;q32) can be detected in approximately 95% of mantle cell lymphomas by FISH analysis.
