The CleanMag® Magnetic Beads offer a highly consistent solution for reaction purification and are developed for use in targeted library construction using CleanPlex® and CleanPlex UMI NGS Panels. CleanMag Magnetic Beads are formulated in a buffered solution to quickly bind PCR amplicons and other DNA products above 100 bp, allowing for the removal of excess primers, nucleotides, salts, and enzymes. The reversible nature of the binding interaction between beads and PCR amplicons enables easy elution and separation following purification.
