Gibco EfficientFeed B+ 3X Supplement is a single-part liquid supplement for fed batch addition to the culture of multiple cell lines to assist with process development and maximization of bioreactor utilization. Compared to original CHO CD EfficientFeed B AGT nutrient supplement, EfficientFeed B+ 3X Supplement has components that are super-concentrated from 52.7 g/L (1X AGT) to 158.1 g/L (3X), helping reduce product dilution or increase titers with additional feeding. The supplement is an animal origin-free, chemically defined formulation that contains no proteins, hydrolysates, or components of incompletely defined composition
