GlycanTune™ A+ Total Feed is an AGT™, or Advanced Granulation Technology™, feeding supplement specifically designed for a fed-batch culture of multiple cell lines. When used, this dry-format, single-part total feeding supplement can shift glycan profiles from heavily G0F to mostly G1F and G2F glycans. The product is an animal origin–free, chemically-defined formulation that contains no proteins, hydrolysates, or components of unknown composition. GlycanTune A+ Total Feed provides an easy-to-reconstitute, pH-neutral solution that can be concentrated from the suggested 73.0 g/L (1X) up to 219.0 g/L (3X). As a result, key nutrients can be delivered in smaller volumes
