IDIDH1-2 kit
On demandIDIDH1-2 kit
The ready-to-use IDIDH1-2 kit is a multiplexed and sensitive tool for the detection and quantification by digital PCR (dPCR) of mutations in the IDH1 (Isocitrate DeHydrogenase (NADP(+)) 1, cytosolic) and IDH2 (Isocitrate DeHydrogenase (NADP(+)) 2, mitochondrial) genes involved in the classification of brain tumors in adults.
Mutations in IDH1 gene, located at 2q34, and IDH2 gene, located at 15q26.1, allow to distinguish between the subtypes of “low-grade” gliomas and secondary glioblastomas.
This optimized kit provides a multiplex solution allowing, for each sample, to simultaneously amplify, in one PCR reaction, several variants in the both region of IDH1 (R132X – R132H, R132C, R132S, R132G, R132L) and IDH2 (R172X – R172W, R172G, R172K, R172M) (Ref: IDIDH1-2(s)-25).
