For sensitive detection of mouse primary antibodies, try our Alexa Fluor® 488 Signal-Amplification Kit. This kit takes advantage of the intense, photostable fluorescence of Alexa Fluor 488 antibody conjugates and can be used to amplify the signals derived from mouse-derived antibodies. The kit contains a detailed protocol and sufficient reagents for ∼60 assays by flow cytometry or imaging. For added convenience, the kit is designed for use with filters and settings appropriate for fluorescein.
