The Attune CytPix Violet Laser Upgrade Kit is designed to expand the 405-nm excitation capabilities of the Attune CytPix Flow Cytometer to utilize the array of labels, dyes, and applications available with a violet laser. This upgrade kit enables the detection of stem cell side populations using Vybrant DyeCycle violet, Pacific Blue, green, and orange dyes, as well as many Qdot nanocrystals and violet-excitable polymer dyes.
