Invitrogen™ Attune™ NxT Blocker Bar Conversion Kit

The Attune NxT Blocker Bar Conversion Kit provides a 1.5-mm blocking bar for use on the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer, which is delivered with a 0.5 mm blocking bar. The standard 0.5-mm blocking bar accommodates cells or particles from 0.2–10 microns in size, while the larger blocking bar included in this kit is recommended for analysis of cells that are primarily larger than 10 microns. A larger blocking bar blocks more forward scatter light and allows the detection of larger cells.
