Invitrogen™ Bigfoot™ Sheath Solution (10X)
Bigfoot Sheath Solution is a buffered, support/carrier reagent for transporting particles through the Bigfoot Spectral Cell Sorter. The formulation is free of antibacterial/antifungal preservatives, and the solution is supplied a 10X concentrate. The concentrate should be used directly with the Bigfoot cell sorter. Dilution and mixing occur automatically within the cell sorter.
