The pHrodo Deep Red Antibody Labeling kit provides the materials needed to easily label and purify antibodies for the study of antibody internalization. Amine-reactive pHrodo Deep Red dye covalently binds to antibodies to produce bright, soluble conjugates that only fluoresce in acidic environments. The pHrodo Deep Red labeling kit makes it easier than ever to study antibody internalization with higher certainty of results and less optimization since pHrodo Deep Red dye only fluoresces in late endosomes and lysosomes.
