The pHrodo Deep Red Mammalian and Bacterial Cell Labeling Kit provides the reagents you need to easily label live cells (mammalian or bacterial) for the study of phagocytosis and endocytosis. It is optimized for the discrimination of phagocytosed and non-phagocytosed cells since pHrodo Deep Red dye only fluoresces upon exposures to acidic environments. The low-background pHrodo Deep Red labeling kit makes it easier than ever to study endocytosis and phagocytosis with higher certainty of results and less optimization since pHrodo Deep Red dye only fluoresces in the late endosome and lysosome
