Invitrogen™ Silencer™ Human Drug Targets siRNA Library (96 well)

The Silencer™ Human Drug Targets siRNA Library includes genes involved in apoptosis, senescence, nucleic acid binding, autophagy, DNA repair, and along with characterized nuclear receptors and other genes that are considered potential targets for therapeutics. The Silencer Human Drug Targets siRNA Library contains 23,745 Ambion™ Silencer siRNAs targeting 7,915 genes for performing RNAi screens against known human drug target genes. The library was designed using the most up-to-date genome databases, including the NCBI RefSeq database and cross-referenced to the Gene Ontology Consortium (GO) database and/or the HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC). Utilizing Ambion Silencer technology built on stringent bioinformatics to enable high target specificity and siRNA potency, the Silencer Human Drug Targets siRNA Library is an ideal solution for focused and cost-effective RNAi screening against pre-defined therapeutic gene drug targets .
