Invitrogen™ ChargeSwitch™ NoSpin Plasmid Micro Kit

The ChargeSwitch NoSpin Plasmid Micro Kit provides centrifuge-free microprep plasmid purification that is not only ideal for automation but is adaptable to the KingFisher Flex Purification System. The novel NoSpin reagent causes bacterial cell flocculation and allows cells to be pelleted without the need for automation bottlenecks like centrifugation. This kit includes all the necessary reagents for 0.5–1 mL overnight culture samples with a typical yield of up to 5 µg and requires the use of a magnetic accessory or automation system such as the KingFisher Flex system.
