The SuperScript IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents kit includes lysis solution, stop solution, and lysis enhancer. These reagents are part of the SuperScript IV CellsDirect cDNA Synthesis Kit and are made available separately here for use when processing a large number of samples. See the SuperScript IV CellsDirect cDNA Synthesis Kit manual for protocol recommendations. SuperScript IV CellsDirect Lysis Reagents are optimized for synthesizing first-strand cDNA directly from a mammalian cell lysate without first isolating RNA.
