This substrate bundle contains SuperSignal West Atto Ultimate Sensitivity Chemiluminescent Substrate plus a sample size of SuperSignal West Pico PLUS Chemiluminescent Substrate to provide chemiluminescent detection substrates for both routine and high sensitivity western blotting.

Thermo Scientific SuperSignal West Atto Ultimate Sensitivity Chemiluminescent Substrate is an ultra-sensitive enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) substrate for high attogram protein level detection by western blot analysis with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) enzyme. It is designed for detection of very low-abundant targets or the maximum levels of sensitivity required when using precious samples or costly antibodies.

• Stability: eight hours for working solution, one year for kit at 4°C
• Compatibility: nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes
