Invitrogen™ One Shot™ Mach1™ T1 Phage-Resistant Chemically Competent E. coli


One Shot® Mach1™ T1 Phage-Resistant Chemically Competent E. coli are the fastest growing chemically competent cells currently available (see figure). Doubling time is approximately 50 minutes, compared to >74 minutes for other cloning strains. Mach1™ colonies are clearly visible within eight hours of plating the transformation mix, enabling you to plate and pick colonies the same day. Perform mini-preps after only 4 hours of growth from an overnight colony—saving an entire day in your experiments
