Experience easy yet accurate dsDNA quantification with the Qubit 1X dsDNA HS (High Sensitivity) and Qubit 1X dsDNA BR (Broad Range) Assay kits. The 1X formulation provides a ready-to-use working solutions to enable simple yet precise dsDNA sample quantitation on Qubit Fluorometers. The assays are highly selective for dsDNA over ssDNA, RNA, and protein.
Make DNA quantitation easy and accurate with Qubit 1X dsDNA HS (High Sensitivity) and BR (Broad Range) Assay kits. These kits include a ready-to-use assay buffer and DNA standards for dsDNA quantitation. To perform the assay, simply dilute your sample (any volume from 1–20 µL is acceptable) into the 1X working solution provided, then read the concentration using a Qubit Fluorometer.
Qubit 1X dsDNA BR Assay is recommended for initial dsDNA sample concentrations ranging from 200 pg/µL to 4 µg/μL, providing a core detection range of 4 ng to 4 µg of DNA.
