Ion Torrent™ ION AMPLISEQ HD TEST PANEL
The Ion AmpliSeq™ HD Test Panel is comprised of two primer subpools, forward (FWD) and reverse (REV), sufficient for preparing 8 DNA or RNA libraries with size range of 230–350 bp. The panel includes primers that target 39 regions in DNA for the EGFR, MET, KRAS, and ERBB2 genes as well as 38 RET and ALK RNA fusions, 1 MET Exon Skipping variant, and 4 gene expression controls. The amplicon design size of 75–100 bp is compatible with cell‑free DNA (cfDNA), cell‑free total nucleic acid (cfNA), and formalin‐fixed, paraffin‐embedded (FFPE) tissue samples.
